SAFE AND EFFECTIVE EXERCISES USING STRETCHING MACHINES The exclusive Selflex system (patented) allows stretching to be modulated with a gradual involvement of the user's weight. This avoids the risk of micro traumas. The safety brake then stabilises the machine, making the user's movement more secure. The sliding carriage can be adjusted in different angle degrees to extend the range of movement arcs but also the range of stretching exercises of the leg muscles. The integrated Visual Feedback system allows you to measure the improvement of articular flexibility through a numerical index. Finally, thanks to the Memory system, all the seating and support points are modelled on the shapes of the user's body.

With its 1930 mm depth, 570 mm width and 1240 mm height, the FLEXABILITY ANTERIOR offers three different degrees of angle (0°, 20°, 45°) for gradual involvement of the muscles involved. The muscles in question are: Abdominal Rect, Iliac, Psoas, Quadricipiti, Femoral Rect, Front Tibial, contralateral Glutei, Hip Periarticular.
