What languages is the Technogym app available in?

Italian, English, Spanish, French and German (with the exception of Technogym Sessions, which are on-demand workouts led by our international trainers, only available in English).

Can I connect third party devices and apps?

Yes, you can connect different apps such as Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, Google Fit, Samsung Health and any heart rate monitor with Bluetooth LE. Moreover, you can use the Technogym App for Apple Watch to track your heart rate and pilot your workout.

Can I mirror my device screen onto my TV?

Yes, with the Technogym App you can play your training sessions directly on your TV. When you start a workout, tap “Duplicate screen” in the bottom left corner and follow the instructions provided by your device.
Compatible devices: Apple AirPlay2, Samsung Smart View, Chromecast from Android devices (Google Home).

What is the difference between the Precision Program and the Signature Program?

The Precision Program is your custom training programme, created by Technogym Coach, which adapts to your needs, your capacities, to the equipment you have at your disposal and to your progress, in order to achieve the best results in the shortest possible time.

The Signature Programs, on the other hand, are available in the Programmes section, and include training plans by professional trainers for running, tennis, skiing and golf.

How can I change my Precision Program?

To change your programme, go to the Coach tab and tap the pencil next to the active programme for the week, scroll down the page and tap the Programme Detail button , then select Recreate Programme at the bottom of the page.

How can I reorganise my weekly training plan?

If you skip your daily workout, the Technogym Coach will automatically prompt you to do it the next day; there is no need to reprogramme it yourself.
However, if you want to reorganise your weekly workouts, go to the Coach tab and tap the pencil next to the active programme for the current week, then tap "Change" next to "Your Week".
Choose the days you wish to train, and then click on "Save". The changes you make will take effect from next week.

What do I get with my Technogym Plus subscription?

You will be able to access the Technogym Sessions and enjoy an immersive training experience with the best trainers, who will motivate and guide you step by step with their energy:

Is there a free trial period?

Yes, a 1-month free trial is included. An additional 1-month free trial is included with the purchase of selected Technogym products. You will never be charged during your free trial period, and you can cancel anytime.

Where can I train with Technogym Plus?

The subscription is linked to your Technogym ID and you can access premium content from the Technogym App and from the connected consoles on all Technogym equipment, from the Live version on.

How can I activate my subscription?

To activate your subscription, open the Technogym app, tap the icon in the top right corner of your profile, then select “Subscriptions” and the free trial will begin.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription from an Apple device, go to your device settings, touch your name, select “Technogym” under “Subscriptions”, and choose the option “Cancel subscription”.
To cancel the subscription from an Android device, open Google Play Store and touch the profile icon in the top right corner; from the menu, select “Payments and Subscriptions”, then click on the subscription that you want to cancel and finally choose the “Cancel subscription” option. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to take advantage of the premium content for the full period you have paid for.

Is my data safe with the Technogym app?

Your privacy is a fundamental right, and we are committed to protecting it. In compliance with GDPR directives, Technogym App is designed to protect your data; your information is only ever used to offer you a custom training experience. You have full control over your data: if you choose not to share it, we will not proceed without your authorisation.
